Magic Brush tolerance

Even with Tolerance set to 0, the Magic Brush will still select a quite big range of different colors and brightnesses. It would therefore good to adjust the sensitivity of that setting. E.g. Zero should be a really narrow selection.

So far I hardly ever use values greater than 1, so it would be better to spread values for more control.

The magic brush is a great tool, but it would allow for even more use with more control over Tolerance. Thank you!
