Camera does nt connect anymore - „busy“

We had the canon camera connected and all of a sudden it would nt connect anymore .. any ideas? It’s capture 10 and canon but nothing changed

Pleased to see your issue as I think I have the same problem in my tellthebell, I am also confused and in need of light on this same issue. Need help.
