  I have exactly the same problem. mac mini, os big sur, On C1 website in manage licences it shows i activated the software. but the app itself doesnt let me through and it shows "server error" and i cant go any further. when I try to activate manually it says that reg key is not valid. im in such a rush!!! so I was forced to install 7 day trial of adobe which i hate.
