Do you mean 2 completely different images to be combined into a single file?

Would you then wish to edit those images as if they are a single RAW type file?

That would be amazing too. But was thinking more of final tiffs. Basically. A lot of the time will want to place two different finalized images for online posting or printing Into one finalized exported tiff.

In my opinion, C1 should not evolve into a Publisher/Designer program for finished images.

Not in disagreement and not really what is being asked. Would be nice to join two images together into a single file. Right now have to go through the print dialog and setup a template. There is a great image resource program called eagle. It will allow you to do this in a single click. But that program requires the image to be imported (and moved) into its own database.

Yes I got you. But (in my personal opinion) once you start supporting your specific layout (two images next each other), then the door is open for people who want n pixels between them, or a vertical side by side layout, or a color in the background, or this or that etc...

For printing it makes sense to easily print out two images on one page, for hard-proofing purposes.

I am not convinced, but I have to admit I indeed requested something which one could put into the same category, that is a white border around the exported image :-)) Cheers, BeO
