Portfolio organization and catalog users

Long time user (2020) of Cap One. I'm looking for a solution to allow my rep to browse my portfolio organized in Cap One to easily choose images in the building of promotional material. I tailor small portfolios to certain clients (as I am sure many photogs do) and I use Cap one catalog for myself and organization but need to share the catalog across another user (machine). These would not be raw files. I catalog all my Hi-Res files and have a batch jpeg browser for promo stuff but would like to use capture one and have a cloud based catalog.

Any thoughts?
