Could not insert capture xxxx.NEF into collection

I'm trying to do tethered shoot with my Nikon Z9. The camera is registered. I am shooting in RAW (.NEF) format. When I capture an image, I get a message that says "Could not insert capture xxxx.NEF into collection" and it doesn't bring the RAW image in. If I shoot in RAW and JPG, it gives me the same message but imports the JPG version of the image.

I'm on Capture one 22 pro (15.1.2.1)

Please help. I have a shoot here in a couple of hours.

  Nikon Z9 lossy compressed raw files are not yet supported. Is that the issue? Perhaps change to uncompressed raw?
