Undo (CMD + Z) Keyboard Shortcut Malfunction (2022) Capture One 20

Normally when I press (CMD + Z), the very last thing I've adjusted is undone. (ie. Adding contrast)

Now, the issue I am having is when I press the undo keyboard shortcut (CMD + Z), at random- an adjustment I made hours ago will be undone, instead of the most recent adjustment I made. When Capture One does this, the redo button functionality is also broken entirely.

Setup:

Capture One 20 Pro Build 13.1.3.9 (le362c1)

Mac OS Monterey

Version 12.0.1
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)
Processor 3.3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5
Memory 24 GB 2133 MHz DDR4

Mac OS Monterey does not support Capture One 20 - according to this information...

... Capture One 20 (and the latest build was 13.1.4) is only compatible with MacOS versions up to Big Sur build 11.1.0. It's possible that the problem is to do with that.
