Strange Brush Behavior

Ever since I used one of the style brushes, whenever I open a brush or mask, the settings are always: Flow 3, Opacity is 100, Hardness is 50, and size is 279.  If I reset the brush to Flow equal to 100, the brush behave normally.  However, if I then use a style brush the Flow goes to back 3 and remains at 3 even if I change to a different brush or mask. The problem does not go away even if I quit and restart C1.
