M1/ARM64 support for CaptureOnePlugins.framework?

I am trying to compile the CODemoPlugin on an M1 Pro MacBook Pro, and receive an error that the CaptureOnePlugins.framework does not support the arm64 architecture.  Where can I get a copy of the framework that supports arm64?
