Cancel subscription

Permanently deleted user

I can't cancel my subscription. Capture One isn't replying on my e-mails.

I don't get any mails when I go to Manage licenses > Manage subscription > E-mail

 

Could someone please help me?

  I'm having the same issue. How can I cancel my subscription? This should not be this difficult!
