Transfer of images from one catalogue to another in C22

Hello...I am using an iMAC with C1 Pro 22. I have read earlier posts on this subject but the most recent is 5 years ago so I am assuming there have been changes.

I want to move multiple images and albums from one catalogue to a new catalogue. Is this possible?
