Quick tip - sluggish respond - 4K external monitor, 16" MacBook Pro 2019

If you are working with external monitor and you experienced sluggish respond of adjustment sliders, try this:

Mac -> System Preferences -> Battery -> Power Adapter ->Turn off 'Automatic graphics switching'

This gave my MacBook Pro (16", 2019, I9, 16GB, Radeon Pro 5500 4GB) a noticeable speed improvement!
