Styles, accidentally deleted

I had a few duplicate style folders that I wanted to delete but ended up deleting all. Not really I still can access from the adjustment tab but preferred them in in my Adjustments in my tool bar. How do I put them back and how can I properly delete duplicate folders without deleting them all ?
