Capture one doesn't refresh the folder

I work with Capture One 22 Pro on Windows 10 basis. I use it as a RAW converter and for the finer details I use third party programs like Affinty or Luminar. 

Mostly I use for this, right click and "open with", and let C1 create a TIFF file, which are then edited in the photo editing programs and saved back. Often in the past C1 did not recognize that a new file was in the appropriate folder, even though it was visible in the Windows folder. I could then trigger the refresh manually by clicking on another folder in the library for a short time and going back to the original folder. Then the image was visible in C1.

Lately, however, I even have to close C1 and restart it again to see these edited images. This is no longer acceptable. 

Can anyone help me? By the way, I only work in sessions.
