capture one live

I have subscribed to capture one live and I have shared a folder with a client and at first everything was perfect, the client marked the images and automatically they appeared to me on the mac, but after a while we have made several modifications and it has stopped working, I had to stop sharing the folder and start over again to get it to work again. Does anyone have the same? Thank you
