C1 v22 Live View Not Working Fujifilm X-T4

I used Live View with v21 many times without issue in the past.  Now trying to use Live View since upgrading to v22.  The controls and button to take a shot works, however there is no video from the camera. 

Also, I'm using the same 4' USB C to USB C cable as before.

C1 v22 Build 15.1.2.3 (953aa86)

Fujifilm X-T4: Firmware v1.25

Windows 10 Home v21H1, Build 19043.1586, Intel i7-8750H, 32G Mem
