Upgrade to C1 22 Pro not working

Anyone else having trouble accessing their free upgrade to C1 22 Pro? I'm on C1 22 Fuji.

Got an email today saying I can sign in and claim the Pro version. But, when I do, it tells me "no upgrade product found". Curious what others are experiencing. Thanks!

  Yo tambien tengo problemas, he actualizado pero la version sigue siendo opara Sony, no encuentro el lugar para introducir el codigo que me mandan por email.

  I'm having the same problem. I wonder if its because my original is version 21, which had a free upgrade to 22.

  That’s the same spot I’m in. I think that is the issue. The support person I’m dealing with seems to be very confused about this…
