My download/upgrade to Pro from (Nikon)

Permanently deleted user

It appears I still have the (Nikon) version. Tells me that the software belongs to a different user when I log in.  Deleted the old version and downloaded again... same issue.

    Same thing happened to me... What I did to fix it was:

    - Launch capture one

    - Go to the "License..." option

    - Then choose "Deactivate..." button

     

    It will tell you that capture one needs to be restarted, and once it restarts:

     

    - Login with your account

    - And it will ask you to type the new serial key
