    Same thing happened to me... What I did to fix it was:

    - Launch capture one

    - Go to the "License..." option

    - Then choose "Deactivate..." button

     

    It will tell you that capture one needs to be restarted, and once it restarts:

     

    - Login with your account

    - And it will ask you to type the new serial key
