Curser tools at top of Viewer page are BROKEN in 15.2

With the advent of 15.2, the Curser Tools at top of Viewer page are BROKEN and totally unresponsive.  Only the Select tool is highlighted.  No other tools can be highlighted or selected.  Not good.

  Hi Tom,

  If you read earlier threads in this forum, you'll see that it is a recurrent issue/bug which should be fixed very soon. Hopefully.....

  A weird damn thing just happened.  I reset my workspace.  Logged out.  Logged back in.  And BEHOLD the Cursor Tools at the top of the Viewer page worked just fine.  Go figure.

  You really don't have a problem unless it is intermittent.  And this one is intermittent ---- now same problem has returned.  Totally unresponsive Cursor Tools on Viewer page.  No idea what is going on.
