Capture One Pro 22 Last upgrade April 5/2022
I have a perpetual license and received an e-mail announcing the latest CO 22 pro upgrade. I saw David´s Grover presentation (Youtube april 5/2022) but I did not get any new License key in order to upgrade mi software in my Macmini M1. I have looked the different License keys which are in my account but no one works. I don´t know what to do. I am sorry, I have had this problem also in the past. I will be patient until I receive any advise. Thank you so much. Best regards, Tomas Wilde

The free Capture One upgrade I had an email communication about was from the camera specific version ( Fuji, Canon, Sony) of Capture One 22 to the "Full" version for all camera makes.
Like you, I received an email instructing me how to upgrade and mentioning a previous email with a code to activate this upgrade, however I had not received any email with this code.
I contacted Customer Service using the "submit a request" option above and within two days I received a code which enabled me to follow the upgrade process from my Capture One 22 Fuji version to the full version.
