Trubels with styles

More troubles with Styles in version 15.2 under Windows. I have an image with 3 layers: one is the background with an applied style, the second layer contains some level adjustments on the entire image and the third is a heal layer. The problems are:

1. If I enable the show mask on the heal layer the image appears at it should be, if not it appears as the background layer doesn’t have a style applied.
2. When I export the image, it appears as if the background layer doesn’t have a style applied.
3. Sometimes in the export preview the image appears as if it has the background has the style applied, sometimes not.
