Can't import from camera (Fujifilm X-t30 ii)

Importing from card reader works fine, but if the card is in camera, connected by USB it doesn't work.

I select Import > Import from > Choose folder, the camera shows, I select it and browse to image folder > Review for import. Then nothing shows.

The camera is set for USB card reader mode.

This is on Capture One 22 express for Fuji.

Grateful for any solutions.
