Large file crashing program

 I am having problems with larger pano files crashing Capture One 22. This happens when I attempt to process in Nik software, by using "The Process In" command. However in this case I attempted to modify a mask by opening the "Luminance" adjustment and this crashed the program.

Suggestions?

I am on an MacBook Pro (14inch, 2021) 16GB running 12.2.1
