    If you recently purchased it, why is it 12.3.1? That was several versions back.

    Oh, I see. You mean 12.3.1 is the version of MacOS. My apologies - I thought that you meant that was your version of Capture One, which is why I questioned it. Currently, Capture One only supports MacOS up to 12.2 as set out here.

    However, I have to say that on my MacBook Pro, it is happily running on Mac OS 12.3. The trouble is that every user's system is a bit different and just because it works for me, it doesn't mean that it will work for you.

    So going back to your original post: if I remember correctly, when you click on the Let's Get Started button, it should open your browser and take you to the Capture One site where you can verify your licence code, and then all should be well.
