MacBook Aid (M1)

Hello, I have retouched skin blemishes on some portrait photos. After converting to jpeg, all retouched areas are visible as spots, or some skin blemishes are visible despite retouching. In Capture One everything looks okay. 
On the iMac and MacBook Pro (2015), the jpeg files look fine. The error only occurs on the MacBook Aid (M1).

Can you help me please?

    Have you tried to turn off hardware acceleration (Preferences)?

    No, it is set to automatic.

    Well, then switch to "never" and try it again!

    I have disabled them in the "Display" and "Processing" position. The first converted images are fine.

    I'm not from the C1 team, don't know. It's a long lasting bug....

    Nevertheless, many thanks for your advice. I first reported this problem to the support team. However, I only received a response today. However, no help.
