Displaying images in Date / time sort order on for images shot with different cameras

I sometimes collaborate with other photographers on large events, so of course different cameras are used. When I upload all the raw files to one session recently Capture One seems to sort them in date/time order by camera. Is this an anomaly, as this never used to happen? If not, how can I get this to just order by date and time regardless of the camera used. Also, for large weddings I want to have photos in running in order and if the time on a camera happens to be out by an hour (BST) how can I change this in Capture One? This was simple in Lightroom but seems to be impossible in Capture One.

Hmm, not happy to say this, but use Photo Mechanic for all this "pre importing stuff". Especially then time is running fast and the client is nervous. Do all the keywording, time sync, geo stuff, renaming and all the basic stuff you need with Photo Mechanic and let C1 do what it can best - Raw editing!
