Why can't I import raw(CR3) from my canon M50 Mark2?

I use capture one 22 pro(15.2.0.77) and a canon M50 Mark2 camera. The CR3 file i take from the Mark2 camera can not be import to capture one 22, but the RAW(CR3, too) token from a canon M50 Mark1 and Canon EOS RP can be imported successfully with the same macbook pro(M1). What happened?

  The M50ii isn't mentioned on the list of supported Canon cameras. https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002718118-Camera-models-and-RAW-files-support-in-Capture-One-#h_af1e6c60-5aa0-4c94-aba5-07e141364fb3

  That would be a bit of a giveaway.

  I wouldn't know. Like everyone on this forum, I'm just a user.

  I suggest you Submit a request to Capture One.

  In the meantime, you can always convert your Canon's files to DNG - Capture One should be able to process them pretty well.
