Keyboard Shortcuts

Is there a way to efficiently delete all default keyboard shortcuts within my custom set? Ideally without deleting each individually. I'm thinking, a blank template. My workflow only requires a few and I'd like to stop accidentally triggering unnecessary tools, views and etc.
