Export make 4 copies of each file?

I using the latest C1, I use sessions with the default folders of "Capture", "Selects", "Output" and "Trash". I do my editing in the Selects folder that was moved from the capture folder and output to JPG to the Output folder. The last few exports I have done it sends 4 copies of JPG to the output folder labeled with the original file name.jpg, filename 1.jpg, filename 2.jpg etc. All 4 copies of a file are different sizes from 500K to 45MB!

I have carefully looked at the export options and don't see anywhere I can select many different size of the same file with a single click.

Any help would be appreciated...
