Capture one syncing

I would like to sync presets and workspaces seamlessy between my laptop and my desktop. Could you tell me if there is a way to do this without manually importing these?

    There isn't a way to do this except manually. You can copy the required items in Finder from 

    /Users/[Your user ID]/Library/Application Support/Capture One
