Color Replacement

Hi!  I have a photo of a vehicle where some areas of the vehicle have been painted beige and the rest is green.

I'm attempting to change the color of beige areas to green to match the rest of the vehicle.

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

  PhotoShop or similar, David.

  If you don't rent (or have an old copy of) Photoshop, Affinity Photo would also do the job.
