Missing Folder Icon not showing on Folder List Since 15.3 Update

Missing Folder Icon not showing on Folder List Since 15.3 Update. It was working well before this update and the icon displayed next to the folder name of the missing folder. Now only the pictures inside the folder show the Question Mark Icon of the missing files.
