CaptureOne 22 Pro 15.2.1.14 MacBook M1 Pro Cannot open Pictures Folder

I have been using CaptureOne Pro for Sony for years. Since upgrading to the CaptureOne 22 15.2.1.14. I have issues opening my Pictures folder. I have thousands of pictures in there. The only way to resolve the issue is by restoring the CaptureOne Library from backup. A hell of a lot of work has gone into editing my images. Please help!

  Are you Mac system preferences giving Full Disc Access to C1?

  I have other catalogues that work perfectly. If I verify the catalogue it states it found errors and repairs it but then a few days later it corrupts again. At one stage I created a new catalogue and imported images into it and it also got corrupt.
