Cannot Connect Sony A7r4

Cannot connect Sony A7r4 to CO 22 (15.3 latest rev), monthly license.

1) Camera firmware up to date
2) PC Laptop, 64 bit, Windows 10

3)  USB C to USB C 1' cord

4)  PC shows camera connected on USB 3.0

5)  Capture One says "no camera available"

Any suggestions?
