Code licence lost

Hello,

Sorry to bother you with this but I have 4 computers activated with the same licence code on Capture one 21. I can't find the last 4 numbers of the licence code. 

When I log on my profile, on "manage licences",  I don't find anything  about this licence code...

Can you help me ?

  Hello,
  I would check my email and search for “Capture One Order Support” or mailer@fastspring.com.
