Open the last-used session

Hi,

when starting C1 I prefer to open the last-used session (but an older session is always opening first again). 
I don't know why? 
Is this as designed?

  thanks, but that does not really help.

  here is an example of the situation:

  

   

  When I start C1, then always the session "20220429SchlesingerTeichnacht" is opened.
  But my last session was "20220704AstroWaldviertel" .
  
  So why is the other session opened when starting C1?
  
  That is my question.
