Capture One pro 22 with Fuji GFX really ROTS
Very unstable.
Unable to use focus peaking. I can turn it on but then C1 automatically shuts it off....

And do you really think you're entitled to a refund? Didn't you test the software before buying it?
Conversely, if this is simply a bug with a new camera (who knows? You didn't say which camera) - raise a bug report/support case in the same place you'd ask for your refund...

Yes I expect a refund. The app is not stable on a professional level, and this also supported by many other users with the same complaints.
