Resetting Device for CP 1 22 Trial for multiple device activation.
I'm new to Capture One and I'm trying to find a way to undo a mistake that I made. i originally started with the Capture One Express (free version) to see how the things work. There were other tools I wanted to use on the paid version. It was a little complicated process for me because I wanted to use the software on my mac air laptop and desktop. The problem was that I had already had the Express and didn't understand how to switch to the Pro version. Long story short, I used a different email for the trial on my laptop.
I finally figured out how to change from Express to Pro version on desktop. I realized that you have 2 other activations on other devices which I believe is different from the Express version. The problem is it says that I have already used a trial on my laptop.

I did not use the entire 30 day trial on my laptop. The only reason I want to have the same email on two separate devices is because i would like to alternate between editing on my desktop to my laptop and vice versa.
So, I'm wanting to know how I can get things reset so I can use just the one account on two devices on the trial so I can go back and forth between devices. I don't see a way to contact Capture One to see about resetting my laptop.
It's been pretty confusing process to understand at first because of needing to deactivate licenses and starting new ones. I had to look up how to do it correctly because once you click start new trial it just downloads with no instructions on how to install.
I'm not sure if there is a cloud so that multiple people can edit photos which is essentially what I want to do on two different devices.
