capture one 22 has stopped working on win pro 10 21h2 build since 31st July.
Hi everyone, I have been using for years on the same laptop capture one .. since march updated to v22 .. and latest version. On windows 10 pro 21H2 build.
On July 31st the system made a small update but still the same build and CAPTURE ONE stopped working, I uninstalled and reinstalled .. nothing .. as soon as it asks me for the code key and I insert it and press send, it turns off .. end ..
I am in a stopped work session .. assistance still has not answered me .. do you have any ideas? ..

This is happening to me as well, started yesterday. I had a computer Windows SMALL update on the 28th of July and the program just stopped working. It prompts me to the welcome screen, I have to click "let's get started," it authenticates it through the website with my account and then prompts me to enter my license key. When I enter my key, it just closes the window, no errors or anything...just basically shuts down. I've tried deactivating my code, redownloading the software, checking firewall. I put in a ticket but no response.
