Compounding Adjustment Layers
Hey all,
Long time capture one user. But I'm experiencing something I just can't figure out. Is it a bug or an I missing something hidden within the newest version of capture one 22?
System information:
Capture one 22 15.3.2.11
macOS Monterey V12.5
Camera: R5
Issue:
When using C122 tethered in a studio environment. My next capture compounds the layers of the previous exposure. So for instance, I add one adjustment layer. The next capture has 2. The capture after that 4. Then 8 and 16 following that. Eventually it says it exceeds the maximum number of layers.
There is no style applied. My next capture adjustment is set to Copy from last. But even when the previous exposure doesn't have layers, it just keeps adding them. So I switched to copy from clipboard, reset the layers tab. So now the primary image only contains a background layer. But for some reason the next capture still has the 16 layers.. Even when I uncheck the layers tab from the adjustment clipboard it just keeps adding more layers. If I restart capture one, everything goes back to normal for the first exposure.. But then on the second exposure it all goes haywire and starts adding layers again..
When I revert back to the previous version of capture one the issue goes away. But unfortunately I updated my working sessions to the current version containing this bug/issue. It's driving me crazy, is it a bug within the software or something I'm missing in a dialog box. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any help.
