How to save a session on my laptop

Help! I forgot to save the session folders to an external drive or my laptop before starting a session - how do I save the session folders to my laptop?

  There's no need to. If you create a session, Capture One creates the folders it uses for you. They are probably in a default location, most likely your Pictures folder unless you have chosen to put them somewhere else. 

  So for instance, when I created this session called 2022H August, all I did was specify the session name when I created the session, and Capture One did all the rest, including 

  • creating the 2022H August folder
  • creating the session database file 2022H August.cosessiondb
  • creating the subfolders for Capture, Output, Selects, and Trash.

  

  If you are not sure where these are, you could right click on any image in the session and choose Show in Finder, to find out.
