15.4.1 -- All image adjustments lost with upgrade from 15.4.0->15.4.1

Anyone else encountered a similar problem? Or, better yet, can think of a solution? -- I just upgraded to 15.4.1, upon loading the session I had been working on earlier this week (while still on 15.4.0), all my adjustments are gone. 

UPDATE: I left my computer for a while, and when I came back, the adjustments had loaded. There was some unexpected lag in loading adjustments. I leave this up, in case anyone else bumps into this ... just trying giving it a little time to process.
