Can’t save or export images

Hey guys, I need your help, I’ve been trying to save or export my work from the capture 1 22 software but it keeps on showing me errors, I just downloaded the app and I’m currently using the free trial, might that be the case or maybe it’s another issue?

  To be able to help you, you first need to help us understand what the issue is.
  What do your export settings look like and what do the errors say? The easiest way to share is perhaps making screenshots of both.
