Capture One doesn't import files anymore..
I tried to import my Fujifilm Raw files in Capture one 21...
but it doesn't find any one. Adobe Lightroom does. so the files are ok. I have a new Fujifilm XH2 and when I try to Update capture One it says, I have to pay something. So are you kidding me? I bought Capture One and one year later I have to buy it again???? Just because I have a new camera? that's a bad joke. And of course there is no support.

I've made a session folder and selected import to bring in some photos for editing. No picture files for importation will be displayed by the software, ex: electron dash
