I have been trying whole day trying to import my jpg but noting worked please help

    You might start by telling us exactly what happens when you try.

    And - for completeness - which camera?

    Are you sure you've set Capture One to import JPEGs? You do know that there's an option to only import Raw images, right? And if it's set like that, it won't import JPEGs.
