Download NEVER Starts

I'm trying to download Capture One Expresss for Sony.  I get to a screen that says "Your download should start automatically."  But it NEVER does.  I've turned off ad blockers, I've tried multiple browsers on multiple machines and it NEVER works.  Please fix this or advise me what to do.

  OK, Chrome in Windows worked.  I'd multiple others, but in Linux.  Guess ti doesn't like Linux.  Thanks.

  I think it tries to offer you the version appropriate to your OS (MacOS or Windows) so if it sees Linux it doesn't have a version to offer.
