Images not showing after import

I'm importing images into capture one and although they say their there it just says no images selected and I can't edit I have zero filters selected and have tried all types of images from jpeg to tiff to Raw and nothing shows up

  I moved the images from a card on to my laptop into a folder I usually can just import from there and it works fine
