WTH Capture One - Charing me more for an upgrade than full price for a new user??

WTH peoople. Got your BFCM emails. Thought I would upgrade from 22 to 23. Look at the 2 attached screenshots. Not logged in shows me a price of $179. When I login, enter my 22 license number and I'm shown an "upgrade" price of $199.

And no way to communicate other than this. I'm done.
