Capture One Live - co.uk emails cannot be added?
I seem to be having trouble being able to add a co.uk email address to the access area. .com email addresses work fine. Any ideas?

Hi Jack, yes I'm just waiting to hear back with the result. Frustrating as I can't add any clients with a .co.uk email address until fixed.

I’ve asked a member of the team if this is a known issue or if we can look into this here and see if there’s an issue. Hopefully support get back to you with an answer soon but feel free to ping me here if you don’t get an answer.

There's definitely an issue. It works fine and lets you add if you type a .com email address but anything different and it doesn't allow it. Please see below images :)

Just been in touch with a member of the team and we’re aware of the issue. A fix is in the works as we speak. I know that doesn’t help right now, but we will be fixing it very soon.

Ok great, any chance of getting a refund until the problem is fixed please? Seems pointless to use until I can send it to any email address.
