Has anyone gotten any help from Capture One in this community?
I have been trying to solve a few problems and I can not seem to get a response from Capture one. I have added to a conversation on here that looks like it has not been answered yet for over two weeks!!!!! Has C1 support disappeared. I have payed them a ton of money over that past 10 years. I would prefer to have support when I need it.

Thank you John. That is what I was afraid of. I have issued two support tickets with out any response yet other then the canned response ticket has been received

No, this does not explain anything. Sorry I must say but upport was a mess long before, especially when you use Capture Ono Pro on Windows.
Four to five weeks it takes normally for a reply to me and even then this reply says nothing but you have to add video and more that they could see the issue - even if you had added a documentaion with screenshots with the opening of the ticket. If you have an issue that comes and goes by random you cannot give them a video...
And even so C1 gives you the best output of you images you can get today.
